For weddings, we recommend 6-12 months in advance, especially for Saturday dates in peak season (May-October). Corporate events and private parties typically need 2-4 weeks notice. School dances should be booked at the start of the school year.
Our standard wedding package includes: consultation and planning meeting, ceremony music, cocktail hour music, dinner music, 4 hours of dance party, wireless microphone for toasts, MC services, and basic dance floor lighting. Premium packages add uplighting, photo booth, and extended hours.
Absolutely! We use an online planning tool where you can build your playlist, mark must-plays and do-not-plays, and choose songs for special moments (first dance, parent dances, bouquet toss, etc.). We'll also make suggestions based on our experience.
Yes. We bring backup speakers, backup laptop, backup microphones, and backup cables to every event. In our 29 years, we've never had a technical failure stop an event.
